It's time for racing fans everywhere to rejoice as Activision announced today that the Blur beta will be opening up to the public as of Tuesday, April 6, 2010; the beta from developer Bizzarre Creations has been in a closed beta for a couple weeks now but all that is about to change.It will be a free download and users will be able to snag some track time against others online to test this upcoming racer. This is an Xbox LIVE only event, so PC and Playstation 3 users have to wait until the game's May 25th release to get a taste. For Bizarre, it was a matter of not spreading themselves too thin (and the fact that the Xbox 360 is the only place for online multiplayer gaming to take place).
