Larry Hryb has responded to trailerrloads of requests from curious Xbox Live users and is now going to publish a weekly list of the top movie and TV episode downloads on the Xbox Live Video Marketplace. Read in for the first list.
I am sad to see that "Ask the Dust" did not make the list, but the inclusion of films like "Clockwork Orange" and "Clash of the Titans" in the top ten reveals that there are many more ancient gamers playing around on Xbox Live than one might have thought. Our parents told us in 1982 that we would go cross-eyed from all those hours in front of the 2600, but we proved them wrong and still have eyes to soak in all that video content with.
The microwave did fry our spleens, as it turns out, but technology is a difficult mistress. She gives what you need, but takes what she wants.
