    Alan Wake is Coming to Games on Xbox Demand Next Week

    Redmond, WA - November 18, 2010 - Afraid of the dark? Now is the time to power up your flashlight and confront your fears. Microsoft gives gamers and thriller fans a new way to peer into the darkness this holiday season as “Alan Wake” joins the growing catalog of Games on Demand titles on Xbox LIVE. Starting Nov. 23, The critically acclaimed psychological action thriller from the renowned development team at Remedy Entertainment will be available exclusively on Xbox LIVE for 2400 Microsoft Points worldwide.

    The Games on Demand version of “Alan Wake” is available for convenient download to Xbox LIVE Free and Gold members and requires 6.3 GB of space. Expand your exploration with “The Signal” and “The Writer” add-ons which offer fans the chance to follow Alan’s descent into madness and are available to purchase separately via Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 560 Microsoft Points each.

    Players can download “Alan Wake” through Games on Demand at no extra cost with a token included with the Xbox 360 Holiday Bundle, along with an Xbox 360 250GB console and a copy of “Forza Motorsport 3.” The bundle is available at retailers now for $299.99 (USD), while supplies last.

    Released as an Xbox 360 exclusive in May 2010, “Alan Wake” features a blend of thriller suspense and action where you step into the shoes of author Alan Wake as he is desperately seeking to save his wife from the mysterious darkness taking over the small town of Bright Falls.
