Epic Games' Mark Rein recently disclosed that the company's mega-hit for iOS (see the iPhone 4 and iPad) Infinity Blade recently surpassed the success of one of our favorite Xbox LIVE Arcade games of all-time - Shadow Complex. Whether this means that Infinity Blade outsold, was downloaded more times, or made more money despite the lower price we're not sure but whatever way you look at the statement it means good things for casual (or portable) gaming. Chair Entertainment, the developer responsible for both games, is set to become a top-notch game creator for Epic and we can only hope that they continue to release titles on all platforms, not just iOS devices (excuse us for asking but where the hell is Shadow Complex 2). It looks as though Epic is going to have a very successful year; already releasing Infinity Blade and the hugely-popular Bulletstorm (click here for our review) with the money printing Gears of War 3 still coming later this year, exclusively for the Xbox 360.
