Gearbox did something special for two dedicated Borderlands' fans: they had the wise cracking robot Claptrap deliver a marriage proposal that they'll never forget via video (embedded below for your tear-jerking pleasure). Ben, the proposer, contacted Gearbox in order to make his proposal extra special for his love, Tora. You wouldn't expect anything less, and from Claptrap's reference to STDs to making fun of the nickname "Tora," Claptrap brought an all new meaning to the romantic proposal. Was Claptrap able to delivery a proposal to capture Tora's heart? According to Kotaku, the answer is yes! She told Kotaku, "From a gamer's point of view, what more could you ask for than this?" She's got a point, there's nothing that captures the heart quite like taking a character from one of your favorite games and making them a part of your marriage's history. As such, Ben and Tora are visiting the Gearbox studio next week, and they're even putting Gearbox on the guestlist for their August wedding. You can't blame them there, Gearbox is now ingrained in their relationship forever.
