THQ has announced in their fiscal 2011 fourth quarter report that Homefront has shipped 2.6 million copies to date. THQ also states, “Homefront was the #1 title on Xbox 360 and the #3 title on PS3, in the US and the top five European markets.” Homefront also continues to be a competitor for Xbox Live activity, currently ranking at 15 out of the top 20 games. CEO Brian Farrell also said there are plans to add DLC over the next 6 months, as well as releasing a multi-player demo to attract more gamers.
THQ claims net sales totaled to $248.6 million and credits this to Homefront, their WWE branded games, UFC: Undisputed 2010, and their uDraw game tablet. THQ also announced plans to “bring exclusively designed uDraw GameTablets to Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PS3 platforms this holiday.” THQ are expected to release Red Factions: Armageddon, MX vs. ATV Alive, and uDraw throughout the year.
