Modern Warfare 3 is coming, kids. Activision has let the cat out of the bag with just a few details, and has also released four teaser trailers showing potential locations for the game, including France and Germany (view them by clicking here). But with that, we couldn’t help but notice the potential (and probable) fake spoilers already making the rounds for the game all around the internet. So, with this week’s Top 10, we decided to have a little fun and introduce ten Modern Warfare 3 spoilers that WON’T be making their way into the game, in spite of what you wish would happen. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the chuckles with this completely fake list; let us know in the comments if there are any that you would actually like to see in Activision’s next masterpiece and stay tuned for some real coverage on Modern Warfare 3 right here at PlanetXbox360.com later this month (and during E3 2011 in June).
10. Seal Team Six is playable in multiplayer – and invincible: Not looking to take a chance on the image of those who took down Osama bin Laden, Activision strikes a deal to include them in the game as playable characters in multiplayer. However, since it wouldn’t look right for them to actually suffer death in the game, the team only agrees to be included if they’re invincible. Not zombies, mind you, because they need to look their best. Nope, these guys are awesomely bulletproof.
9. Dinosaurs with guns warp in from the future: Now we know what the Russians were truly thinking. They weren’t building nuclear weapons, but rather time portals in which they traveled back to the Jurassic era and armed a few wily dinosaurs with brain-altering devices and guns. For that matter, they probably assumed that the soldiers couldn’t handle their mighty forces, since Turok is a guy that actually doesn’t exist. Sucks to be the good guys, don’t it? (Oh, and for the record, the dinos also have samurai swords for melee attacks.)
8. Ashton Kutcher signs on as a member of the cast: In an attempt to keep Modern Warfare 3 as fresh as other products, Activision has turned to several actors to make the soldiers seem realistic. Among them is the star of the upcoming season of “Two and a Half Men” and “Dude, Where’s My Car?”, Ashton Kutcher, who voices the ever-reliable Mason. “I WILL get you out of here, man! Just as soon as I find my pants!” Also lending their vocal talents to the game are Matthew Lillard as Shaggy and Gilbert Gottfried as a grenade gun.
