Unreal Tournament 3 Trailer Now Liveby Nelson Rodriguez
A trailer for Epic's upcoming shooter extravaganza Unreal Tournament III is now available as a download on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The video is just a large version of the one already widely seen online. Interestingly it promotes the game as being from the developers of Gears of War. It wasn't so long ago that Gears of War was being promoted as the game from the guys who brought you Unreal. It makes me dizzy just thinking of it.
Gears fans who haven't had their go at any of the Unreal games should be in for a treat. The game's visual style and frenetic pace are closely related to what Epic accomplished with Gears of War and the trailer gives you a clear sense of that. I know at least one so-called casual gamer turned Gears fanatic who is considering preordering UT3.
The video is available now in either standard or high definition, but not in Asia or Mexico.
