An in-depth look at Dead Island gameplay has just been revealed. In the video, Vincent Kummer, the Brand Manager at Deep Silver guides viewers through a gameplay video that is almost 12 minutes long. The clip reveals grizzly execution styles, the ability to drive vehicles, craft weapons (the coolest being the sticky bomb; a throwing knife with C4 attached to it) and the announcement of 4 player co-op.
Other details were also touched upon, such as the ability to fast travel, the addition of an achievement progress status bar and a changing weather cycle. Kummer also noted that the game would contain 25-30 hours of gameplay depending on whether you take all the quests that other survivors on the island have for you. With some bloody good fun, a cool concept, 4 player co-op and 30 hours of gameplay, gamers have a lot to look forward to.
Kummer also stated that even more of the beautiful island setting would be on display at E3. PlanetXbox360 will be on location reporting all the details, so stay tuned.
