Listed on their website here, the price remains the same as the normal edition - $59.99, however the new edition also includes a bonus DVD and a token for a free map pack. We don't get much info on the DVD, aside that it contains "features"; and the free map pack they refer to could either be the already released Valor map pack, or an entirely new pack if Activision intends on releasing one - time will tell.
