Epic Games is kicking off Comic-Con with a bang, and to celebrate they’re hosting another Gears of War 2 XP weekend. The event started this morning and will run through Sunday night. Gamers will be able to rack up twenty times the amount of XP they would usually be able to in the next few days. In addition to the 20x XP, the developers have also switched up the Horde Mode by rearranging weapons. This should add a little variety for those of you who can’t get enough of shooting through waves of enemy locusts.
Epic Games is also giving out prizes for all of the COGs participating in this weekend’s event. People that have Twitter can tweet “#GearsWeekend,” with a few details of what you’ve accomplished this weekend, and Epic will randomly pick winners who can received golden weapons for Gears of War 2 in addition to a Cole plushie.
