THE STORYWelcome to Stilwater, a city where the streets are everything but tranquil. Divided by rival gangs, you’ll need to adopt savvy street smarts to make money and build respect. As a member of the 3rd Street Saints, you need to push back against a city looking to wipe you out, in order to rise up the ranks and eventually control the streets. If that’s theft, extortion, or tried and true brute force, then that’s what you’ve got to do – only then will you rule the streets.
3RD STREET SAINTSThe 3rd Street Saints are the crew you need to join in order to change your destiny. Young, brash, and seriously lacking in street cred, it’s your mission to help the Saints take back what is rightly theirs and to build your rep on the way to dominating the city of Stilwater.
The Turf
Nuthin’. As the game begins, the Saints are locked in a vicious turf war for their home stomping ground of Saints Row, a contested patch of land on the eastern fringe of town. You’ve got to win it back before you can expand your territory. An abandoned church serves as Saints HQ.
LOS CARNALESThe Carnales gang is almost as old as Stilwater itself. They are closely associated with major Colombian cartels and have monopolized the Stilwater drug trade. Los Carnales protect their product, their territory and their honor with intimidation and unrepentant violence.
The Turf
Los Carnales reign over the industrial south side of Stilwater. Its airport and maze of crumbling wharves and warehouses serve as an ideal entry point for the Carnales’ illicit product. Their headquarters, the Lopez mansion, towers over the Barrio, the area’s sole residential zone.
VICE KINGSThe Vice Kings rake in millions from prostitution, extortion and quasi-legit operations like “Kingdom Come” records. Their reputation is legendary and their pockets are deep—it’s rumored top Stilwater officials are on the Vice Kings’ payroll.
The Turf
The Vice Kings’ territory spans the murky Stilwater river, from the glossy High-End Retail and Museum zones in the north to the crime-ridden Projects and Red Light District across the water. Benjamin King’s penthouse headquarters is perched atop a Downtown high-rise.
WEST SIDE ROLLERZThe West Side Rollerz rule Stilwater’s illegal street-racing circuit. Famously reckless and disorganized, they fuel their lust for fast rides with everything from petty theft to legendary, front-page heists.
The Turf
Joe Price directs his crew from his stunning mansion, situated dead center in the Suburbs, the heart of Rollerz territory. Their turf extends southwest across the Stilwater river to the Arena district, the Apartments and Chinatown.
