Deus Ex: Human Revolution Scores Excellent in World’s First Review

    by Ryan Mostardo

Though Deus Ex: Human Revolution is not set to hit stores till August, one magazine got their hands on the final product and their verdict on the game is an excellent one. “A dark, cool and beautiful revival of an incredible game,” said critic Tom Francis. “Smart, substantial, funny, creative and endlessly entertaining.”

“[It's] absolutely the Deus Ex of our age, a genuinely worthy prequel, and a game that puts almost everything else in the genre to shame,” the reviewer added.

The original Deus Ex scored an impressive 95% and has been referred to in the magazine numerous times as being one of the best games ever.

The full review is not online at the moment and gamers will not be able to pick up a copy in the stores just yet. However, if you are a subscriber to the magazine, expect to see the next issue in your mail very soon.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be released on August 23 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Be sure to check out PlanetXbox360’s review for the title next month!
