It looks like Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition STILL isn’t done updating. That’s okay, this one’s actually for the better...and will come at no charge.
During this weekend’s supercharged EVO tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada, Capcom’s Seth Killian and game producer Yoshinoro Ono both confirmed that a downloadable patch would be coming later this year for the game, titled Ver. 2012. This one is meant to help rebalance the game, as some folks are taking advantage of stronger characters in the game. (Relax, it didn’t happen at EVO.) No word yet on what these tweaks will include, but it will be on location test later this year with arcade units in Japan.
Meanwhile, have you checked out some of these EVO highlights online? Good stuff.
