The ESRB rating at the beginning of the trailer warns viewers of “Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, and Strong Language” before transitioning to a somber musical number with a female voice that captures the feeling of longing. The brand new Gears of War 3 trailer goes on to show Marcus Fenix and the gang fighting off the Locusts and the Lambent. These characters seem aware of their situation, but have been beaten too hard and too long to be aware of its significance.
It’s another great Gears of War trailer, and props to the marketing team for finding another great song to accompany this one. The song is Into Dust by Mazzy Star. Check out the trailer below.
