The much awaited Grand Theft Auto IV trailer has finally been released onto the internet, promptly crashing most sites that were hosting it. Download the trailer inside, and also read up on the debate regarding where the game takes place.
The trailer was captured entirely from gameplay footage, and while initially there was a large debate over where exactly the game would be set, it is now confirmed we will be returning to Liberty City (a fictional city based on New York city). There are several references to Liberty City on buildings and objects, as well as several distinct features that make the city a replica of New York, including the Statute of Liberty.
The main character, and whom we will presumably be playing as within the game, is a Russian character looking for a fresh start. This goes along with the title of the trailer "Things Will Be Different".
