It’s easy to kill the first few wave of wretches and “ordinary” locusts in Gears 2’s Horde Mode. What if the first wave consisted of Boomers, though? And then the Boomers became more plentiful with each additional wave? That is what’s going to happen in this weekend’s Gears event. Jump into Horde Mode and take on all the Boomers you can handle and see if you can make it past the 50th wave alive.
In addition to the Boomer Blast, all experience points are being multiplied by 20! Be sure to pop in Gears 2 this weekend, as it might prepare you for Gears of War 3, which launches on September 20th.
