Valve is set to release an in-game map editor in their next update to Portal 2. The map editor will allow players to create maps for both single-player and co-operative gameplay. Gamers will be able to share these level creations with other players, who can play through the maps and vote on them. The update is aiming at an Early 2012 release.
The press release did not state which platforms this update would be applied to. We have contacted Valve to find out if this update will appear on the Xbox 360.
