We just got word that the highly-anticipated Xbox LIVE Dashboard update has began rolling out to the first set of Xbox LIVE members, a few hours behind schedule; other than the official comment below from Microsoft's Major Nelson we have no information as to what caused the delayed launch but at least it's coming now.
