Deep Silver has unveiled the next installment of Dead Island downloadable content, which will be a story driven adventure following Dead Island’s main antagonist Ryder White. Playing through this add-on, gamers will meet a more rounded Ryder White who is both a military man and a loving husband. Players will understand the motivations behind White’s actions in the main game after completing this expansion pack.
In addition to the story, brand new weapons and two new blueprints are being added to the game. Deep Silver claims that this story campaign DLC will take several hours to complete. Several hours translates into a whole lot of dead zombies.
The Ryder White DLC for Dead Island will be available on February 1st, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The add-on costs 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live or $9.99 on the PS3 and PC.
