It’s only January and people are already buzzing about E3. Well, now there is even more reason to talk about the gaming convention, because Hideo Kojima has confirmed that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be playable at the 2012 E3 event in Los Angeles, CA.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a game that has gone through a rough development. Originally being developed by Konami, the creators found difficulty designing the game as they tried to mix two elements together: Stealth and the ability to cut anything. Eventually, the developers found themselves in a hole they could not climb out of. Kojima decided to ask the Platinum Games developers for help. Platinum Games brought a fresh perspective to the game and decided to eliminate major stealth elements and concentrate on the ability to cut everything. According to the two developers, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is now on the track to success. Stay tuned to PlanetXbox360.com as we’ll definitely be getting our hands on this at this June’s E3.
