    Splinter Cell Double Agent Release Date

    Official Splinter Cell Community Manager, "Rhoulette", has announced that the release date of Splinter Cell Double Agent for the Xbox 360 will be October 19.

    Rhoulette also had the following to say on the topic of a possible demo - looks like we can expect one for the Xbox 360!

    Unfortunate News first: we will not be having a public beta test of versus mode (PC) like we did for Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. We’re sorry, we tried to make it happen, but it just wasn’t meant to be this time.

    Good News: We WILL be having demos for you. The dev team has confirmed that we will be doing an Xbox360 multiplayer demo, and single-player AND multiplayer demos for PC. I do not have official dates for you yet so I’ll have to get back to you on that, but we can all probably estimate that these demos won’t be showing up sooner than a month before launch because no one ever releases demos earlier than that.
