Kengo has the right idea, but fails miserably to deliver a solid experience, substituting game modes and substance with repetition. Yes, the stock enemies should be much smarter and willing to fight. Yes, the online mode should actually allow you to do battle with your friends, and should be available to everyone immediately upon booting up the game. Yes, there should be unique levels for each character. Kengo is far from a perfect game, but there is enough here to make it one of the worst games you will ever want a solid sequel out of.
