Unreal Tournament 3 Could be a While Awayby Matt Gibbs
Unreal Tournament 3 is coming to the Xbox 360, but probably not for quite a while as Epic Games haven't even started working on the 360 version of the game. This was revealed when RIOTT got the chance to interview Epic VP Mark Rein. NOW AS WE’VE SAID, THE GAME IS BEING RELEASED ON THE PC NEXT WEEK, AND THE PS3 LATER THIS YEAR. BUT ONCE AND FOR ALL, WILL THE GAME EVER BE OUT ON THE 360?Oh yeah, absolutely. Part of the reason for this is the Mods. The PS3 is an open system, and they embrace user-created content. But there isn’t really a way to do that on the 360. So our job, when we finish the PS3 version, and we’ve taken a little break, is to sit down with Microsoft and to figure out how we can do Mods on their system.SO DO YOU KNOW WHEN THE 360 ONE MIGHT BE OUT?No. We won’t even start working on it until early next year.
