Ravanah, I don't understand why you would complain about new content being available for download on a weekly basis. These are just additional songs so if you really like an artist or song, or you are tired of the ones included on the disc, you can get them to play on the game. The game itself already comes with like 80 songs so it's not like you're missing out if you choose not to DL anything. I'd rather pay a couple bucks here and there to get updated content than buy "rockband 2" in a few months just to get the latest track list.

it will probably be a while before they release a RB2. I just dont see a point to it. They are just now getting out the single instrument packs, the graphix are fine, and the DLC is flying off the digital shelves. They could milk rockband for probably a good few yrs before peeps want... updated graphix?? What could a RB2 bring to the table besides new graphix or a new booster shot in the arm of sales? The older GH's came out so often because DLC wasnt so common. It will be interesting to see if they still bring out new ones every yr. The best bang for your buck will be rockband. For every track that you dl, and every song that you play, you can guitar, sing, or drum... in GH3, you can only guitar. can we get some pearl jam on RB now pleasE? :D

Woops... didn't mean to submit. What I mean is, 250 songs on one Rock Band release probably wouldn't make them any money. Though, honestly, I wish they would release them on CD packs so the whole DLC glitch wouldn't be so annoying. I'm a Rock Band whore and it takes like, 3-4 minutes for it to load when I first start up Rock Band. ^_^ I do agree that "Rock Band 2" may be a hard sell. Though, I really hope that they make all Rock Band DLC compatible with Rock Band 2. It just makes sense to me.

Paramore is pretty cool from what I've heard of them. And I love SOAD, so Serj's track is welcome. I don't know the third band at all. To ravanah: They probably couldn't put all the songs on the disc. The thing about music games is at some point the amount of songs has to be relative to the amound of money they make.

Man we seem to be getting these every week now. Was it so hard to include these in the original game ? And in the future, do you think that people would buy another GH4 or rockband 2 game ? Especially if they come out with new songs every week, i dont see the purpose. After a few months , which of the 2 games is the best bargain for someone who has neither ?

The rates are nice but the songs need some work.
