Just Saw the Iron Man Movie, Our Full Impressions Posted

So I just got back from an early screening of the movie Iron Man and came away very pleased with the final outcome of what could have been a total disaster of a movie. The character of Stark is portrayed with great ambiance and some of the special effects are unbelievable to watch; hit the jump for some more thoughts. Usually I get bored in movies, constantly looking at my watch and leaving for smoke breaks but over the past two hours neither of those things happened. While Iron Man certainly will not win any Oscars the movie itself was just what the doctor ordered: a badass summer action flick with amazing special effects and one hell of a good time to sit through. I walked out of the theater wishing I had a suit like the one Iron Man built (his final suit of course) and not one bit regretful of the time spent at the theater. Other than having my full recommendation to see this movie over the next two days I would advise you to sit through the entire credits, if only to see a special guest appearance by Samuel L. Jackson.
