So we’ve established that the GameCom X30 looks and feels pretty good – so how does it perform?

After you get used to the new design and feel of the headset (yes, it will feel a little strange, like it’s not sitting quite right at first) you will soon appreciate the feeling that it’s almost not even there.

Words and sounds from other gamers come through loud and clear via the ear piece, which is clearly not made from poor quality components such as you might find elsewhere. Likewise, your friends online should hear you loud and clear. What’s more they should only hear what you want them to hear thanks to the noise cancelling technology in the microphone.

The Final Word

The GameCom X30 suits the next generation of gaming perfectly, from the styling, to the behind the ear design and also the high quality components it contains. What’s more, the pricing certainly represents value for money.

My only caveat would apply to some gamers and would be for the feel of the headset, which as said might be a little weird or irritating for gamers who are used to heavier headsets. However give it a couple of hours and I’m sure you’ll be dishing out the trash even better than before!
