A group of video game modders known by the name of GameTuts has found a way to modify the Xbox 360 version of Left 4 Dead so any user can freely change the game's settings. The Left 4 Dead mod tool pack allows anyone with an Xbox 360 data transfer cable and an Xbox 360 hard drive to modify the game's code by changing certain values and re-write the user's settings.
The video below shows the new features unlocked by this mod. From infinite health, pipe bombs and molotov drops, to third-person perspective, the mod offers a wide range of customization. Unfortunately, this leaves the door open to some users to cheat when playing online. Some users are already complaining about online cheats and this mod could be the tool that allowed them.
