    Spike 2008 VGAs: EA Announces Dante's Inferno - Trailer

    In college I read a book that changed my outlook on the afterlife, that book was The Divine Comedy and tonight EA decided to announce a video game created from the best part, Dante's Inferno. We have the premiere trailer after the jump; debuted tonight on Spike TV's 2008 Video Game Awards.

    The poem tells the tale of Dante who journeys through the twisted, menacing nine circles of hell in pursuit of his beloved Beatrice. Dante’s tortured and tormented world is an ideal setting for this 3rd person action and adventure of a video game, Dante'€™s Inferno.
