One of my most anticipated games of 2009, Alan Wake, is also one of the most mysterious and hidden Xbox 360 titles ever in development. Ever since it was pinged a couple years ago we have heard nothing on it's progress: until now. The awesome team over at Remedy Studios has apparently been in the shadows working hard to get the game to a point where they can show it off to game journalists.
Today one of the staff (MarcusRMD) people on the development team posted some pictures of the "office" on the Alan Wake official forums. In one of those images you can see the newest build of the game running on a Xbox 360 debug unit, and even though it is blurry and small it looks damn good. A few things can be seen in the image including the heads-up display and a "western" setting. Check it out below and then click the link to head over to Remedy and see the rest of the picture:
