We just got an e-mail from Microsoft asking us if any of our readers would be interested in playing the Halo Wars beta a little early, well by early I mean a whole week! We have 15 codes up for grabs and all you have to do is leave a comment in this story and/or join our Twitter page and then sending us an @reply asking you be entered into the Halo Wars Beta contest. The codes will be given away on Wednesday: January 28th, 2009 and will allow access to the demo starting on Thursday: January 29th, 2009.
That gives the winners a whole week to check out the demo and practice their skills before it goes live on February 5th, 2009. Once again either leave a comment on this story (you may have to register to post) or follow the below link to our Twitter page, follow us, and then send us an @reply asking to be entered in the code. We will choose five winners from the comments section and ten from our twitter entrances, you are welcome to enter both ways but only one entrant per person - per method. We have been playing Halo Wars nonstop for the past week or so and can promise you it's worth the time it takes to enter.

Contest is NOW officially over, it really stinks that only 15 people out of nearly 1,000 total entrants can win but that's just the way it is.
