The beginning of March has already seen the release of Halo Wars – along with smaller releases of Tom Clancy’s HAWX and Major League Baseball 2K9 – so we thought it would be a good time to take a quick glance at the rest of the month to see what’s on the docket for gamers. Whether it’s the hotly anticipated Resident Evil 5 or the casual-geared Hasbro Family Game Night, gamers will have their hands full with all of the Xbox 360 releases coming down the pipe in March.
March 13th:
Resident Evil 5
Make no mistake about it; Resident Evil 5 is 2009’s most important release so far. Gamers will be queuing around their local electronics store for their chance at nabbing a copy before everyone else. The demo released last month and the feedback was somewhat mixed, but don’t let that hold you back from this superb title as we’ve had our hands on the full copy the past few weeks and have fell in love with it’s brilliancy.
March 17th:
Ski-Doo Snowmobile Challenge
Priced at $29.99, this value-priced title should entice snowmobile fanatics since it’s the first of its kind on the Xbox 360. Developed by the creators of Ski Racing 2005 and 2006 on the original Xbox, there’s a glimmer of hope that this turns out to be an interesting title.
Indianapolis 500 Evolution
As an Xbox 360 exclusive, this racer will join the ranks of countless other racers that currently fill the stable on the Xbox 360. There haven’t been any IndyCar racers on the Xbox 360 up till this moment, so fans will be cheering when Indianapolis 500 Evolution sees its release in a few short weeks.
Hasbro Family Game Night Compliation
Either sold together or separately, Hasbro Family Game Night is bound to attract casual gamers. With the likes of board games such as: Battleship, Boggle, Connect Four, Scrabble, Sorry!, Sorry! Sliders, and Yahtzee, there’s more than enough here to entice players who would like to replace their closet full of board games for their virtual relatives.
