Microsoft announced today that Capcom's Bionic Commando Rearmed is this week's deal for Xbox Live Gold members. Normally priced at 800 Microsoft Points, the classic 8-bit side-scroller remake is available for 400 Microsoft Points.
A reworking of the original Bionic Commando, Bionic Commando Rearmed sees the return of the 2D side-scrolling shooting and grappling action that made the original so popular amongst 8-bit gamers but brings it right up to date. Stunning new visuals, new weapons and a reworked musical score are just the start as BCR also offers a 2-player co-op mode, 4-player multiplayer and over 50 time based challenge modes. Play Bionic Commando Rearmed to unlock the original NES character costume and use it in Bionic Commando.
