Splinter Cell Double Agent Demo Sneaks Onto XBL NOW

If you found yourself cruising the Xbox Live Marketplace, on the lookout for Phantasy Star Universe, then you ran into a big fat happy surprise today, in the form of a multiplayer Sam Fisher demo from Ubisoft.  Releasing a demo on Saturdays is not a common thing, but what else could you expect from one of the most famous stealth games?

I have begun the 702 MB file transfer, but I am a little bit intimidated.  I like to have a little bit of single player practice, alone with my own shame, rather than getting spanked in public for all to see.  I'm a late bloomer with games, and I just don't know if I can take the pressure of a multiplayer demo as my first exposure.

All's fair in games and war, so I guess I can take my lumps with the rest of them.  I found this demo while off-duty and playing, so I can't tell you which regions are locked out of this deal.  Take your time getting over to the Marketplace, to give me a chance to practice against the early adopters.
