Today is "Bungie Day" - Celebrate with Halo-Themed Fun

    by Eric Bush

The 7th day of the 7th month (07/07/2009) has long been heralded as “Bungie Day” among Halo players, fans of the renowned developer, and the fantastically fun developer. The tradition of Bungie Day was born in part due to the significance the number 7 has played in all of Bungie’s games, including the Halo series (seven Halo rings, Master Chief is Spartan 117, etc.).

This year, Bungie is celebrating this day with a an exclusive Bungie Day Playlist that will have the creators of the Halo series playing Halo 3 Matchmaking in four player squads all day. here's also a podcast with Nathan Fillion, a puzzle for you to solve, and many more goodies for Bungie fans to experience today.

Bungie is also making some of the highly sought after "Recon Armor" available to fans on it's birthday bash, so click here to find out how to win it.
