One Game That's Needed on the XBLA:
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project
As successful as the original (TMNT 1989 Classic Arcade) has been, and the hype that upcoming release (TMNT: Turtles in Time – Re-Shelled) has created, it would be foolish of Ubisoft to not continue their attempt to capitalize on the momentum that series has on the XBLA. The next title in the series that should get the download treatment should be the NES classic, TMNT III: The Manhattan Project. While the remake of Turtles in Time didn’t necessarily require a makeover with 3D graphics, it’s my firm belief that TMNT III: The Manhattan Project would need one.
On top of that, the developers should ante up the multiplayer cooperative feature from two to four players. Heck, if they really want to sell the third TMNT title in the series – in case the reworked Turtles in Time bombs, which I highly doubt – they could include a fifth playable character in the form of Casey Jones. That would win over doubters who would be second-guessing a purchase of TMNT III: The Manhattan Project. Let’s say our prayers at night that the nostalgic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles continue their dominance on the XBLA and that Ubisoft continues to expand their XBLA library; especially since TMNT III: The Manhattan Project hasn’t been released on any other platform outside of the NES.
