EA revealed a sneak peek at the special pre-order bonuses that await cartoon fans for the upcoming G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra video game. Gamers who pre-order G.I. Joe The Rise of Cobra at participating retailers in North America will receive a special code to unlock select playable characters in their classic uniform from the original 1980’s G.I. Joe cartoon/toy series.
In addition to the 16 playable G.I. Joecharacters based on the upcoming movie from Paramount Pictures, the game’s cast of playable classic G.I. Joe characters will include heroes like the crossbow-wielding Shana “Scarlett” O’Hara. Additional classic G.I. Joe characters will be revealed closer to the game’s launch.
