During today's Electronic Arts conference call (usually boring), EA Sports chief-operating officer Peter Moore revealed that the company is working on a downloadable version of the Madden franchised dubbed "Madden Arcade."
The game will be similar to EA's Xbox LIVE Arcade hit "3 on 3 NHL Arcade," its action-focused hockey title with online and offline features (except with football instead of hockey). Other than a target release of this holiday, no other details on the title were mentioned. Stay tuned for more information as it's released.
