Capcom's upcoming sequel to arctic action-adventure title Lost Planet does
not even have an official release date, but they are confident enough to
let you and three friends get your grubby hands on the new four-player co-op campaign mode. The co-op demo hit Xbox LIVE today, for all regions, and
allows up to four players to work together against even larger Akrid than
tormented you in the original. The game takes place ten years after the
original, after terraforming efforts have successfully begun melting away
the ice to provide jungles and deserts to blast through for those who tired
of the repetitively icy environments. A variety of environments, larger
enemies, and four-player co-op all make it Lost Planet 2 seem like a good
bet for winter gaming. The demo is available to Xbox LIVE "Gold" members only at this time.
