Dragon Age: Origins is a living world, and it was designed to be this way to capture the imagination and wonder of future Grey Wardens. The development team took great care to design the world, created with a lot of inspiration from the world around us – the dwarven underground locations reveal inspiration from the great Mayan civilization and Human locations are very similar to Anglo-Saxon structures in the Middle Ages.
These are just a few examples of how BioWare has sought to create a dark and epic realm that will keep players of Dragon Age: Origins captivated throughout the epic adventure.
