2K Games and Gearbox are proud to announce that The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, the first in a series of downloadable content for Borderlands, will be available for download for Xbox 360 and PS3 starting November 24, 2009 for 800 Microsoft Points ($9.99). Thought you’ve seen it all? Well get ready to square off against ferocious brain-eating zombies, carnivorous Were-Skags and more as you continue your pursuit for all of that sweet, sweet loot.
You’ll need a copy of the original Borderlands game in order to experience this downloadable content. If you’re one of the very few people who haven’t had the pleasure of falling into Borderlands’ addictive clutches, please let us know and we’ll slap you for not playing it yet. You’ll definitely want to be able to experience The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned when it comes out on November 24, 2009.
