4. Dead Rising - This one is simple: Left 4 Dead before Left 4 Dead was released. The difference is that one player has to survive the onslaught of zombies and psychopaths while obtaining an object, bringing it back to the safe room. The player would have to think of a cautious approach, of course, since he's going to be stalked and hunted by a clown with chainsaws, a sniper, and some nut with explosive remote cars. Dead Rising follows the harrowing tale of Frank West, an overly zealous freelance photojournalist on a hunt for the scoop of a lifetime. In pursuit of a juicy lead, he makes his way to a small suburban town only to find that it has become overrun by zombies. He escapes to the local shopping mall, thinking it will be a bastion of safety but it turns out to be anything but.

3. Earth Defense Force 2017 - An underrated gem for the Xbox 360, this game puts you in the role of a puny soldier, pitting you against an army of giant ants, spiders, and robots as they destroy Japan. It's pure, mindless action, and that's why it's such a fun game. This is one Xbox 360 game that badly needed an online mode. Think about it: you can either be a soldier fighting to liberate the country or an invader on a quest to destroy everything in a match of up to ten players. Instead, we only received an offline co-op mode of up to two players.
2. Hitman: Blood Money - After starting up the game and jumping into a match, you find yourself as one of five guards in a hotel. Your goal is to work with the other four guards to protect an important, AI-controlled figure . An assassin is out to kill him, but you have no idea who this mystery player is, because the game switch models after every round. Killing everyone in sight sounds like a good plan, until you find out you get heavily penalized for this outburst. Every single second you're on edge, especially with your AI figure constantly walking to random locations. Suddenly, a suspicious man approaches. One sudden move later, the person is dead on the ground. It turns out to be just a civilian. You then hear a gunshot from behind, and the screen fades to black. Seconds later, you find yourself in the role of the assassin. Something like this better be in the next Hitman sequel.

1. Monopoly - Surprised? Well, imagine my reaction when I found out EA (I'm noticing a pattern...) went ahead and released this board game classic without online multiplayer. Did they lose their sanity when they made this decision? EA really lost a golden opportunity to reel gamers into buying this title. Without the inclusion of multiplayer, Monopoly for the Xbox 360 is pointless. Just buy the original board game version for less if you want offline play.
