Microsoft and Nickelodeon have teamed-up to bring cartoon lovers across the globe - free downloadable classic episodes of everyone's favorite childhood animated shows; including Doug, Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, and Hey Arnold. Some of my favorite memories as a child involve watching Doug and Rugrats on Nickelodeon, way before high-definition was even conceived. To check out exactly what cartoons are being offered for free download sign onto Xbox LIVE and head over to the Video Marketplace. Hopefully we will see more of these type free promotions in the future with television shows and classic movies.
Apparently as of now only the first episode of each different season, of each classic Nickelodeon TV show is free - other episodes cost from 80-160 Microsoft Points.....hopefully this trend will be showing up on more seasons of different television series.
