Integrated Natal: If there is one thing that gamers aren’t especially fans of, it is wires running all over the place. There are wireless controllers and headsets, so why not keep the ball rolling once Natal releases. While this is still untested technology and isn’t due for release until the holiday season of this year, Microsoft needs to keep their eyes on the long term. By integrating Natal into the 360 itself, you could stand the system up and as soon as you turn it on and it knows its you, boom, it signs you into Xbox Live. Additionally, while peripherals are all well and good, I think that nerve has been tapped pretty hard by Rock Band and Guitar Hero in the past year or so. If you can squeeze it into the console and it’ll still be sexy, I say go for it.
Integrated Wireless: This should be common sense by now. Gamers really don’t want to pay for a wireless adapter and this could be a huge opportunity to get more Xbox 720s out the door before the PS4 or the Nintendo Wii HD. After all, who really likes cables anyway?

Microsoft 3 Year Warranty from Day One: This isn’t to scare off any potential consumers, but after the Red Ring of Death fiasco, can Microsoft really expect anyone to forget? I’m not saying I buy into the near 50% failure rate. I’ve own three 360s in my life and have never had a single one fail on me. However, if you want people to trust you as a manufacturer, you have to be willing to make right when the machinations in the console go haywire. If Microsoft is bold enough to take the steps needed to implement something amazing in the Xbox 720, then they should be bold enough to back that up with a dependable quality that won’t see gamers purchasing a whole slew of consoles due to a minute hardware failure.
