3. Skittles: I don’t care what health benefits chocolate has been revealed to have it can still bog you down if you eat enough of it. That’s why there’s skittles. You can buy 5 pound bags of this and the sugar is enough to give you a swift kick so much so that nodding off isn’t so much of a problem anymore. While I’m a fan of being healthy to some degree, I will recommend moderation. However, I would be lying if I said I didn’t keep one of those 5 pound bags around my house at all time. Simply said, it has enough flavor to make it a mandatory snack food while at the same time remaining small enough to be easily transported anywhere your 360 gaming takes you. Oh and did I mention it comes in bags weighing 5 pounds? That’s a lot of skittles. Delicious, yummy skittles.
2. Queso: Everyone has there own brand of queso that they like. Some people just melt cheese or buy it in one of the vacuum sealed glass jars, but oddly enough, I discovered something absolutely incredible that has since become necessary to any of my extended gaming sessions. By combining Velveeta, Hormel chili (without beans) and Philadelphia Cream Cheese, three seemingly normal foods, there is something amazing created. Using the scoop shaped chips or even wheat thins to dip makes for a winning, if not unforgettable combination. The recipe for it is simple and Wookiee-ripping-your-arms-off awesome. Without a doubt, this is one of the best things a gamer can put in there mouth. Queso recipe: Incredients:
One large block of velveeta cheese
2 cans of Hormel Chili w/o beans
One small package of Philidelphia Cream Cheese
Cut up Velveeta and Cream Cheese, place in large microwave-safe container. Open and pour both cans of chili on top. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave again for 4 minutes. Serve, eat.

1. Red Bull / Bawls: I’ve tried Jolt, Rockstar, Amp, Monster and even a heaping helping of Bawls, but nothing quite works like Red Bull. Red Bull single-handedly kept me going for the 10 hours required to lead three other players through Halo 3 on Legendary during the early morning hours following its midnight release. Even more notably, it kept me awake for a solid 3 days while playing through the last World of Warcraft expansion. Suffice to say, if the stuff wasn’t damn awesome and didn’t work, I wouldn’t keep my refrigerator stocked with it. While the taste is certainly an acquired one, if you can get around it, I guarantee sleep really won’t be that much of an obstacle for you anymore.
