Late last night little treats were delivered to game journalists all over the country, well by treat I mean a rock - but this was not some ordinary rock. It was sent out by Ubisoft's marketing team and on it was the confirmed release date for Splinter Cell: Conviction. That release date for the Xbox 360 espionage game is April 13, 2010, and it was laser-etched into the rock. Late last month, the game company delayed the title from February to the now-revised April release dates to “add more polish.” This is easily one of my top games of 2010, and from what I played of it at CES in January it will be one of yours once released. I guess this time it's for real as the "written in stone" saying comes to mind, stay tuned for more on Conviction right here at PlanetXbox360.com.
