4. Hellsing: Honestly, why hasn’t Hellsing been made into a video game yet? It’s got all the elements a hardcore gamer would love – lots of action, badass vampire characters, awesome weapons, you name it. The vampire Alucard wouldn’t be the main playable character in this case, as he’s just so powerful it’d make the game too easy. Seras Victoria, on the other hand, would be perfect, being a newly created vampire who’s struggling to come to grips with her new identity. Hellsing certainly has the blood and guts to appeal to the action-horror game enthusiast.
3. Trinity Blood: Okay, so this is another vampire anime like Hellsing, but Trinity Blood would also make a cool video game. The reason for this is because Trinity Blood is its own developed fictional universe which has plenty of elements that would translate well. The blend of sci-fi technology with a steampunk aesthetic, for one, provides a lot of possibilities. Plenty of badass characters to play as doesn’t hurt either (especially the combat android Tres Iques).

2. Desert Punk: Desert Punk has a similar setting and look to the game Borderlands, but the unique abilities and tools of the titular character would make him awesome to play as. Like the anime, the game could center on the Desert Punk’s rather unorthodox ways of subduing and dispatching foes. Not to mention the wacky, zany sense of humor of the series would make for a most entertaining game.
1. Black Lagoon: This is one anime that I’m surprised hasn’t found its way into video games yet, considering its basic plot: a group of four modern-day pirates/mercenaries taking whatever jobs they can. Lots of gunplay and violence ensue. The four characters that make up the titular Black Lagoon mercenary troupe are just plain badass. And with the high seas as a backdrop, limitless possibilities abound. This anime is fun to watch, period; a video game would be even better.
